This is a multi-grain hotcake produced using broiled chana daal, urad daal, wheat, sorghum, millet, rice and gently spiced with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, onion, new coriander and so forth. It is nutritious, has blasts of flavor and is served best with bison drain cream.
